Processing Returns

To process a return, go to www.vetofficeproducts.com and log in with your username and password. Go to “Lookup Orders, Invoices or Quotes; Request a Return.” With your original invoice you can request a return. You may also contact our staff at [email protected] or call 800-526-1902 for assistance.

Return Requirements

All returns and exchanges must be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories. Any returns due to damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 business days. Please be sure to report the damage immediately when the package is delivered so that we can process your return claim. Defective items must be reported within 7 business days and must be returned in the original box.

Return Exceptions

We take returns for every product except:
  • Special Order and Custom Items
  • Food and Beverages
  • Pharmaceutical Items
  • Dated Products (such as calendars, organizers, etc.)
  • Assembled Furniture
  • Opened Ink and Toner Cartridges

Easy. Just place an order of $100.00 or more with Vet Office Products and if you’re in one of our many local delivery areas, then your delivery will be FREE! This applies to orders placed before 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time and to addresses located within our local delivery areas. Special orders are not available in Alaska or Hawaii.

Yes. If you place your order by 10:00 A.M. on any business-day, you can arrange to have it delivered by 5:00 P.M. that Same Business-Day. To get Same Business-Day Delivery, simply select this option during the checkout process when placing your order. A fee of $14.95 will be charged to your account upon Checkout for this service. This service is only available for customers in the Washington, D.C./Maryland/Virginia areas.

Deliveries for orders under $100.00, or deliveries outside of our local delivery areas, will be assessed a charge based on the total weight of the order. Minimum charge is $9.95 for up to 10 lbs. If ordering online through www.thesupplycompanyinc.com, delivery fees will be determined prior to final checkout after all discounts/coupons are applied. Delivery fees are non-refundable if the order or part of the order is returned unless the product is damaged or defective. Custom delivery fees may be added for custom items. Delivery fees are subject to change without notice.
